These terms govern access to the Karta platform and the kartaspace.com website, operated from Berlin, Germany. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Karta is currently in pilot. Features may change, uptime is best effort, and pilot studios receive direct support from the founding team.

One login per user. Studios are isolated tenants. Access to another studio requires an invitation from that studio.

You retain ownership of drawings, photos, messages and any other content you upload. Karta stores and processes it solely to operate the service for your studio.

Data is hosted in the European Union. Processing is described in our Privacy notice.

To the extent permitted by German law, Karta is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
