Where interior teams build together.
A work and communication space for designers, architects, project managers, clients and trades. See what matters, decide together, move every project forward, from brief to handover.
Closed pilot · Berlin first · Founding studios keep the price.

From twelve tools to one shared truth.
Interior projects live in email, WhatsApp, PDFs and spreadsheets. Karta pulls that scatter into a single project everyone can trust, then keeps it in sync as work moves.
A strip out on day one. A handover twenty two weeks later. Between them, hundreds of small decisions. Karta keeps them in the light.

Built for the way interiors actually get built.
Six capabilities that remove the daily friction. No modules to configure, nothing to migrate.
One thread per project, per room, per decision. Clients, designers, PMs and trades in the same context.
Stage, budget, approvals and next action, visible to every role in real time.
Photos, approvals and revisions attach to the right room and person automatically.
Ask, approve and hand off in app. Weekly sync becomes a scroll, not a call.
Dependencies surface before they bite. Milestones move because the work does.
English, German, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian. One project, many teams.
A view tuned to each role.
Same live data, the right surface for the person looking. Open any dashboard to see it live.

Sixty seconds, from brief to handover.
Calm has a measurable shape.
Observed across the first pilot studios in Berlin.
Real projects, quietly delivered.

“We always knew where the project stood. No more chasing.”
“Karta turned coordination from a weekly meeting into a system that runs itself.”
Answers, before you ask.
Do we have to migrate our current tools?
No. Start with one live project in Karta and keep everything else running. Studios usually retire their spreadsheets within the first two projects.
How long does onboarding take?
About ten days. We set up your studio, import your first project and train the team on a real site, not a slide deck.
Who is Karta for?
Interior design studios, general contractors and project managers running renovations, fit outs and residential builds between 50k and 5M euro.
Where is data stored?
In the European Union. GDPR by default. Double opt in for anything marketing.
Does it work on site, on a phone?
Yes. Trades get one task, one action and the current drawing. Photos and updates sync back to every dashboard.
What does it cost?
Karta is free during the pilot phase. Pricing is announced with paid access, and it will always be per studio, not per seat.
A studio for people who build interiors.
Karta is built by designers, project managers and engineers who have delivered interior projects across Europe. We ship weekly with three pilot studios in Berlin and nothing lands because a roadmap said so.

Field notes, quietly shared.
The disorder precedes the build. Fragmented information, not personality, produces the feeling of losing control.
Read →Disorganisation is expensive. Rework, idle time and undocumented approvals absorb far more budget than most homeowners realise.
Read →One workspace where every participant finds the current version of everything that matters. Not a summary. The thing itself.

We open onboarding in waves. Owners, studios and trades get the call when their role is up next. Onboarding takes about ten days.
